How do you handle complaints about your graphics from your customers?
For me, first off I refer to what's in the contract and explain that THAT is what they hired me to do. Then I also try to work with them on a revision if it's simple because I usually give 3 small revisions within the contract. If it's an entirely new design that they want, then no, they need to pay me more money.
